Does Firsty support LTE-M and NB-IoT?

Yes. Our IoT profiles include LTE-M and NB-IoT where the underlying network supports it, with fallback to standard LTE and 2G/3G where still operating.

How does multi-MNO routing work for stationary devices?

Stationary devices benefit most from the initial network selection. Firsty evaluates available networks at activation, picks the best one for that location, and can re-evaluate if quality drops. Silent IMSI swap moves the device without intervention.

Can I port my existing IoT SIMs into Firsty?

For eUICC-capable devices, we can issue a Firsty profile that runs alongside or replaces the existing one over the air. For traditional removable SIMs, porting depends on the originating carrier and country.

What is the minimum order for IoT SIMs?

There is no minimum. You can start with a single SIM in the sandbox and grow to hundreds of thousands of devices on the same API.

How is IoT pricing structured?

A flat platform fee plus per-MB usage at a single global rate. Volume discounts apply at scale. No per-country tariff tables.

Is Firsty compliant for industrial and automotive IoT?

What happens if a device cannot find any network?

Webhooks notify you of attach failures and signal drops in real time. The routing engine retries against alternate networks before giving up, and you can trigger a manual swap from the dashboard or API.
