Why is my QR code not scanning?
Quick fixes when a traveller cannot scan the Firsty eSIM QR code from their device camera.

Get started →If the camera will not pick up the QR code, try the following in order:
- Increase screen brightness on the device displaying the QR code.
- Print at 100% scale if you are using a paper copy — shrinking the code below 2cm wide makes it unreadable.
- Use the native iOS / Android camera app, not a third-party scanner.
- Go to Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → Enter Details Manually and paste the activation code from the order CSV.
If none of the above work, contact support and include the order ID.
